One Life Behind · Dralu Games (DRALU)

This Privacy Policy explains how One Life Behind (the “game”), developed and published by Dralu Games (“DRALU”, “we”, “us”), handles information. It describes the Android release. If anything is unclear, contact us at support@getdralu.com.

Accounts

The game has no account system. There is no login, and we do not ask you for your name, email address or phone number to play, or build a first-party player profile.

Data stored on your device

Your game progress and settings are stored locally, in the app’s private on-device storage, so you can keep playing. The game has no cloud save and no first-party Dralu Games server behind it, no in-app purchases, and it does not send push notifications. Clearing the app’s data or uninstalling the game may remove this locally stored information.

Advertising

The Android version shows ads through Google Mobile Ads (AdMob). It uses rewarded ads and interstitial (full-screen) ads only — there are no banner ads. To serve and measure ads, Google and its partners — not Dralu Games — may process device and app information, an advertising identifier where allowed, general location inferred from an IP address, and ad-interaction data, according to your consent and their configuration. You can review how Google uses this information on Google’s “How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services” page.

Consent and privacy choices

Before personalized advertising is used, the game uses Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) to show the consent and privacy messages that apply to you. In the EEA and the UK this includes a GDPR consent message, and in applicable US states it includes a US states privacy message. What you see depends on your region and the applicable rules, so not everyone sees the same prompt, and your choice affects how ads and related data are used. Where the game offers a privacy settings control, you can revisit these choices.

Analytics

The game includes Firebase Analytics to understand how it is played — for example app starts, level progress, and ad- and gameplay-related events. This collection is consent-aware: it follows the advertising and analytics consent choice recorded for you. The events use fixed names and simple values; we do not put your name, email, phone number or free-text content into analytics, and we do not use it to build a personal profile of you. Google and Firebase may process app usage, device and app information, and their own identifiers in line with their configuration, your consent and their policies.

Crash and error reporting

The game includes Firebase Crashlytics to diagnose and fix crashes. Unlike analytics, Crashlytics is not gated by your advertising or analytics consent choice: when the game crashes, information may be processed to investigate it — including a crash stack trace, app and device information, and a Crashlytics installation identifier — so we can find and fix the problem.

Google services and technical data

Each Google service handles its own part of the data, separately from what the game stores on your device:

  • Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) processes the advertising data described above.
  • Google’s User Messaging Platform records and stores your consent choices.
  • Firebase Analytics processes the usage data described above.
  • Firebase Crashlytics processes the crash and diagnostic data described above.

Each processes data according to how it is configured, the choices that apply to you, and its own policies. We describe this at the level we can confirm and do not claim more precision than we have.

Data retention and deletion

Your game progress and settings stay on your device until you clear the app’s data or uninstall the game; doing either may remove them. Because there is no Dralu Games account and no cloud save, there is no Dralu Games profile or save database for us to delete on request. Google, AdMob, Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics keep the data they process according to their own service policies, and we cannot delete Google-held data on your behalf. For questions about data handled directly by Dralu Games, contact us at support@getdralu.com.

Data security

Your game progress is kept in the app’s private on-device storage. We limit what the game itself collects to what gameplay, ads, analytics and diagnostics need, and we do not run a Dralu Games server that stores your personal data. The Google services the game uses apply their own security measures to the data they handle. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

The game is not directed to children under 13, and it is not positioned as a child-directed product or submitted under Google Play’s Families program.

Versions distributed on web game portals

Some versions of the game are distributed through web game portals (for example, platforms such as Poki or CrazyGames). Those versions run within the platform’s own environment and use its SDK, and the platform may process data under its own privacy policy. This Android policy does not govern them, and we recommend reviewing the privacy policy of whichever platform you are playing on.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the game’s services or features change. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
